I have always wanted to run a marathon just to say I did it! I never actually thought I would have the guts or the determination to do it, but when the opportunity to run for Hope for the Warriors presented itself, I knew my time had come. I can suffer through 26.2 miles in honor and support of those who have laid much more on the line. Having been around the military all of my life, I know how close to home this foundation hits! I am running in honor of the years of service and commitment that our men and women have so selflessly given! I will run all 26.2 miles thankful for the freedom that I have been given!!
