2009 TEAM HOPE FOR THE WARRIORS™
2009 Marine Corps Marathon

Race for something Greater....
RACE because you can!

Charity registration is now open for the Marine Corps Marathon. Approximately 30,000 people are expected to take to the streets of Washington, DC on Oct 25, 2009 for the 34th running of this marathon, but only the special few will be running for a cause greater than themselves.

As a member of Team Hope for the Warriors™ you can personally and positively affect the lives of wounded service members and their families just by doing what you love to do—running a great race! Plus, you get all of the added benefits of being a team member, including early registration, a team t-shirt, bag, training plans, Hope for the Warriors™ informational materials, and product samples. And the incentives continue as your fundraising continues, with the coveted Team Jersey on its way to your door when you reach $1,000.

As a member of the Marine Corps Marathon team, you'll also get to participate in all the fun of a great race weekend. Family members or supporters that come to cheer you on can check out the Healthy Lifestyle Fitness Expo. Pre and Post race Team tent will be waiting with food, drinks and lots of support and congratulations.

Just click the link above to get started as a Marine Corps Marathon Team Hope for the Warriors™ Team Member. We are asking that each team member set a minimum goal of raising $500 for Hope for the Warriors™. As soon as you register, you can set up your donation web page to exactly reflect your goals. Sending donor requests, tracking donations and following-up with thank you notes can all easily be done online.

Welcome to the Team and remember—train hard, train happy!

Members of Team Hope for the Warriors™ unite in the Hope For The Warriors™ mission to ensure that the sacrifices of wounded and fallen warriors and their families are never forgotten nor their needs unmet, particularly with regard to the short and long-term care of the severely injured.
